Payment Methods and Terms

General Information

All payments are handled based on individual agreements as outlined in the respective offer.
As a general rule, we work on a prepayment basis. Prices, payment terms, and deadlines will be clearly communicated before finalizing the order.

Additional Payment Terms

• Pre-orders:
  For pre-ordered items, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and fully refund the amount paid.

• Large orders:
  For large or custom orders, direct coordination between buyer and seller is required to clarify payment conditions and the overall process.

• Online shop prices:
  Final prices shown in the online store may not always reflect all additional costs. Please double-check that VAT and shipping fees are correctly calculated before completing your payment.

• Duties and Import Taxes:
  For deliveries outside of Germany, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  The seller will only provide the administrative documents required by law (e.g. commercial invoices, customs declarations).
