As equipped on e-bike brands including Trek, Yeti, Scott, Specialized, Canyon, Cube, Rose, Riese & Müller, Pinarello, Simplon, Rotwild, Stevens, Bergamont, Orbea, and more.
Compatibility also extends to common DC barrel plug and charging standards used by e-scooter and e-motorcycle providers such as Segway-Ninebot, Xiaomi, NIU, and Gotrax.

Pre-installing power supply with electrical cable and connector at the Q-RACK Base, enables in future an easy plug and play upgrade with a charging tower.
For landscape projects involving groundwork, we recommend using the concrete foundation, which provides integrated cable passages and fixed mounting points for a stable and easy installation of the Q-RACK.

Consult the project lead for a site-specific safety assessment to see if a lightning rod is required for the charging station.
Excellent corrosion resistant A4 stainless steel is strongly recommended for coastal and marine environments with high chloride exposure, over A2 to ensure long-term durability.

For less traces of use and resilient maintenance, we recommend the brushed stainless steel over a color powder coated surface.
To avoid incidents in car parks, lanes or pedestrian zones, we recommend a visible color coating.
The Q-RACK frame and charging tower can be customized with standardized RAL color palette to match your exact corporate branding or to create high-visibility safety zones in your facility.

Regular cleaning and treatment with stainless steel care products are recommended to maintain appearance and protection.
For deeper cleaning of surface rust, wheel rim cleaners such as Shiny Garage D-Tox One Wheel Cleaner & Rust Remover can be used and Wipe off with a cloth before drying, followed by thorough rinsing with clean water.
In case of surface rust or discoloration, use an abrasive fleece, brushing strictly in the direction of the original grain. Do not use steel wool or other contaminating tools!
As an additional protective treatment, the surface can be oiled with Owatrol Polytrol to restore and preserve the stainless steel finish, using a microfiber cloth.
Cleaning and removing surface rust (Not applicable for powder-coated surfaces)
Industrial & high-traffic areas with high air pollution and acidic atmospheres may cause rust stains or discoloration on the brushed stainless steel surfaces.
Metallic particles from road traffic, such as fine steel dust, brake abrasion, and construction residues can settle on the surface through splash water or air deposition. These residues may oxidize if they are not removed regularly.
The Q-RACK is designed for long-term use, built with standard components for simple maintenance. Parts like the EPDM rubber lip, which may harden under strong UV exposure over 20 years, can be easily replaced or refurbished in the future.
