Soft rubber lip protects the bike frames from dents, the paint from scratches, and provides a stable parking position that prevents the bike slipping away.
Standard socket

The eCharger module integrates a smart charger, cable, and e-bike system-specific connector, providing users with a convenient charging experience.
Leaning rack
Compared to conventional wheel racks, the frame-leaning parking rack gently protects sensitive bike components by preventing impacts and side loads on wheel rims, disc brakes, derailleurs, chains, paint and the frame itself.

Engineered as an open modular system, enabling easy installation, replacement, upgrading and downloading functional components, for future adaptations like wireless induction, self-locking chain, and payment system.

The rack system can be temporarily removed, leaving the flat drive over base, covering the weatherproof connector making it flexible for seasonal or temporal car parking use.

The first Q-RACK stations were conceptualized to transform a car parking space into seasonal parking for eight bicycles, converting corporate and public areas in response to evolving user needs and mobility demands.

Optional material
For sea areas, the very good corrosion resistance of standard A2 stainless steel can be upgraded to the excellent corrosion resistance of marine-grade A4 (EN 1.4404 / AISI 316L).

The base from Q-RACK are compatible with the concrete foundation from ERFURT for Keba e-mobility charging system
Duo-base
Self-standing solution, flexible placement of 2 parking stations for 4 bicycles.
Base cover
Protective cover for hole pattern and wiring when frame is dismantled. Can be driven over by car.
Anchoring Kit
A pre-installation set available for immediate delivery, allowing all anchoring work to be completed in advance when ground preparation is required before the Q-RACK is produced and delivered.
Spare Parts & Longevity:
Designed for long-term use, built with standard components for simple maintenance. Parts like the EPDM rubber lip, which may harden under strong UV exposure over 20 years, can be easily replaced or refurbished in the future.

Coastal & marine area
Excellent corrosion resistant A4 stainless steel is strongly recommended for environments with high chloride exposure, over A2 to ensure long-term durability.

Color powder-coated surfaces, inevitable suffer over time of chipping, peeling, fading, and traces of use.

Regular cleaning
Regular cleaning and treatment with stainless steel care products are recommended to maintain appearance and protection.
Deep cleaning
For deeper cleaning of surface rust, wheel rim cleaners such as Shiny Garage D-Tox One Wheel Cleaner & Rust Remover can be used and Wipe off with a cloth before drying, followed by thorough rinsing with clean water.
Brushing
In case of surface rust or discoloration, use an abrasive fleece, brushing strictly in the direction of the original grain. Do not use steel wool or other contaminating tools!
Oil protect
As an additional protective treatment, the surface can be oiled with Owatrol Polytrol to restore and preserve the stainless steel finish, using a microfiber cloth.
Clean & remove surface rust
(Not applicable for powder-coated surfaces)
Industrial & high-traffic areas with high air pollution and acidic atmospheres may cause rust stains or discoloration on the brushed stainless steel surfaces.
Metallic particles from road traffic, such as fine steel dust, brake abrasion, and construction residues can settle on the surface through splash water or air deposition. These residues may oxidize if they are not removed regularly.
