General Right of Withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AttiaDesign – Maruan Attia, Ohlmüllerstraße 11 RgB, 81541 Munich, Germany, Email: mail@attiadesign.com, Tel: +49 163 9211224) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the withdrawal form template below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Important Note on Made-to-Order Products

Please note:
Many of our products are made to order and individually manufactured based on your specifications.
In such cases, the right of withdrawal is excluded under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (and § 312g(2)(1) BGB in Germany), as the goods are not prefabricated and are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs.

A withdrawal or return is only possible by express mutual agreement, and only if production has not yet started.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you are entitled to withdraw from this contract and do so, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the standard one offered), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we received your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back – whichever comes first.

You must return the goods at your own expense without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
You are only liable for any loss in value if this is due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, properties, and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are clearly customized or tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed;
the delivery of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
