Shipping Methods and Delivery Terms

Delivery Regions

Delivery to specific countries is possible upon individual request and agreement. Please contact us prior to ordering to clarify shipping options and costs for your destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and calculated individually based on size, weight, and destination.
The shipping method and final cost will be agreed upon before the contract is concluded.

By default, shipments are sent via DHL. Alternative logistics providers can be arranged upon request.

For larger or bulky items, shipping is handled by a freight forwarding company. Costs are calculated by the carrier based on volume and weight and charged to the buyer accordingly.

Note: Freight forwarding shipments usually do not include tracking numbers like standard parcel services. Delivery appointments are typically coordinated by phone or email directly with the freight company.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is only available when explicitly stated for a product or product variant.

All shipping prices include German VAT unless otherwise noted.

You may pay by:

• Credit card

• PayPal

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, delivery takes:

• 3–6 business days within Germany

• 3–6 business days for international deliveries, depending on the country, shipping method, and customs clearance

Please note: No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship all items together in one parcel unless otherwise agreed. In such cases, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery period.

Pre-Orders and Large Orders

In the case of pre-ordered items, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and fully refund the payment.

For large or custom orders, direct communication between buyer and seller is required to individually coordinate the process and delivery.
